Racist Comments during tonight's ride

The opportunity to see some hot guys in undies brought me out for tonight's ride, and overall I enjoyed it. What totally wasn't cool though was the racist remarks I heard from several of the riders. The Mass riders are generally very cool, mellow people, but I guess there can be ignorant assholes in every bunch. So to the handful of racist fuckers out tonight, remember that Karma's a bitch.

-your map =must= clearly win the on-site voting process (audible cheer/applause.)

-at least the first 60% of your map must be followed by the mass

Friday's Mass - Video and Photos

Here is another video of the same guy being beaten/pepper sprayed by police for taking photos/video of the first biker being beaten/arrested. If you know who this is, please make sure he gets this video and the photo. Anyone know if he was charged with felony wiretapping for taking photos?

The rider that took on the white limo driver at the end of the ride has to go to court, it anyone has any information that may help his case please post.

Another Critical Mass Hero

Thank you to the hero that stopped the big white limo driver at the end of the ride from trying to drive into the crowd. The driver was full of rage and was SPITTING at riders. Our hero stopped him and somehow helped the keys of the limo make an amazing leap over the bridge and were lost long enough for riders to get through. Thank you hero!!!

Critical Mass..ive Beatdown

Okay, so I was too among "mike.r" and the biker in front of him kicking down cones. I was less then 4 feet away from the officer who took that rider down. I was there when the excessive force by the CPD took place. I was also there when assisting officers came to help... this is where "mike.r"'s story goes wrong....but just a little.

Justice for the victims of Lakeshore!

Every month me and my wife look forward to the rides every last friday. The ride as expected went well and the overall spirit was joyous and full of love. The weather was absolutely beautiful and my wife and I were soaking up as much of moment as we could. From what i understand...we were supposed to cross lakeshore and take the biketrail north, but i didnt know this during the ride and im still not sure now if we were supposed to take the trail or lakeshore because i didnt have a map of the scheduled ride, which i plan on getting next month beforehand.

What's up Chicago what a critical mass it has been. The whole thing was fun and I was getting pretty tired riding my longboard the entire way. I'm glad I stuck around until the end because nothing compares to what happened on Lake Shore Drive. Given that it probably was a bad idea to ride on the Drive, how many chances do you get to ride a longboard on a major highway so I just had to take the risk.
